This is where we provide an additional service to all our customers with an “onsite service report” separate to the tax invoice.
Our onsite service reporting assists, home owners, real estate, body corporation managers in providing a transparent “onsite service report” as to build and reflect property maintenance work performed, or gather information on repairs performed by Plumstar.
This gives the customer piece of mind that works have been performed by a professional, to the standard, and we are accountable for all our work.
Reports can assist with building warranty claims, insurance claims etc.
The reports do provide a transparent information document provided to the real estate, property owner, body corporation or chair AGM board, assisting the property managers in ease of explanation of Plumbing works performed.
What type of report do I get?
Reports can either be an emailed PDF or a hard paper copy provided to our customers.
We provide a comprehensive independent report detailing all plumbing issues, and works performed by Plumstar.
The reports include, address, dates, site contact, photographs of all items relating to the fault, repair, and repair completion, or further repairs or recommendations required.
Plumstar tradesman’s staff attendance name, hours spent on site, materials used, customer signature signing off on works completed by Plumstar.
Every report is tailored to the specific needs and requirements, and all reports can target one or many plumbing problems or areas of fault concern.
